What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I am of 39, ultra sound report caught 2 hyporchoic nodules/lesions one on posterior fundis of 24mm and one on posterior wall of 15.7mm .. I want to know..does it has any possibility of brusting or does it may cause cancer?.. Of anything esle?? How to treat this?? Give me all possible suggestion pls..

welcome to hcm ..you have fibroids and these may gibe rise to pain or menstrual disturbances
there is a very very less risk of malignancy transformation ..fibroid to leiomyosarcoma
chance of burst nil
therapy is varied ..decided according to patient conditions
if family completed ...uterus removal surgery ..open or laparo surgery
if woman not desirous of removal or some medical problem as contraindications to surgery then drugs as danazol 100 mg two times or combined pills
another option is myomectomy as only myometrium layer of uterus is removed
new modalities are embilisation techniques where the fibroid blood supply is stopped to shrink it
but except uterus removal all other have recurrence risk
