Welcome to health care magic.

1.Your report states that the placenta seen on the posterior wall upper side with grade III maturity.
2.Which is absolutely normal for the age of the pregnancy. Liquor is seen adequate which says with in normal limits.
3.There is no placenta previa - not coming on the way or nearby the cervix region.
4.The delivery weather normal or section can not be answered with this findings.
5.Lastly weather the head engaged in the pelvic brim or not, baby weight , pelvis size and other medical conditions will change the situation of the process.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
