Hi
I have gone through your complaint. Passing big clots during menstruation.your ultrasonogram showing endometrial thickness mea 13mm on 1 week afer periods.usually after periods it is max meas 1-2mm& first half of menstrual cycle endometrial thickness max reaches 7-9mm .further increase in next half of cycle max 12mm.thickend endometrium called endometrial hyperplasia ,due to many causes.your age not mentioned.however needs evaluation as there is chance of heavy bleeding in next periods.if you are perimenopausal best is dilation & curettage which is both diagnostic & theraputic & send sample for histopathological examination.
Thank u
Best regards
