What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Report Indicate?

hello i am umesh I have stones in my kidney from 2014.From yesterday evening i am having pain at right side of my stomach.So I went for ultrasound and now reports have come. Here It is written that Right kidney: mild dilatation of right pelvicaliceal system is noted.Right upper ureter is dilated. A calculus of 8.5mm is noted in right mid ureter. Left Kidney : 2 concretions measuring 5.0 and3.6mm are noted. No Hydronephrosis.Left ureter is not . dilated What does this means. Please explain.

hi...
you have confirmed kidney stone..
stone will pass through urinary tract..
urinary tract pathway..kidney cortex- kidney medulla- calyx - pelvis - ureter- bladder...
your stone 8.5 mm is quite large to pass from ureter..and USG showa it stuck in mid ureter ..so there is back pressure i structutes before stone area..so they get dilated...
removal of stone will normalise all that changes..
