My ultrasound results says Scanty clear free fluid in the cul-de-sac, 2 myoma uteri at the anterofundal location - both intramural with submucous component My pelvic area feels bloated, and I had radiating back pelvic pains. I also felt feverish and my joints slightly feels sore. What other tests needed to make a diagnosis?
