uterus is bulky in size,it citain a gastational sac with decidual realiv.No fetal pole is seen .Gastational sac 1.87cm(corresponding 6 weeks 2days ).No fetal cardic activity.This is my USG report ,tell me my baby's position.It is early pregnency or misca....

A gestational sac of 6 weeks 2 days may be a bit early to appreciate fetal heart beat. You have not mentioned the age of pregnancy as per your dates. You may wait for 15 days and get another ultrasound scan to record fetal heart beats. Till then you can assume it is an early pregnancy.
