General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Compare your urine report with normal urine analysis
Color – Yellow (light/pale to dark/deep amber)_______Normal
Clarity/turbidity – Clear or slight cloudy____________abnormal
pH – 4.5-8____________________________________normal
Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025_____________________normal
Glucose - ≤130 mg/d____________________negative ___normal
Ketones – None_________________________negative __normal
Nitrites – Negative_____________________________normal
Leukocyte esterase – Negative______________________positive
Bilirubin – Negative_____________________________normal
Urobilirubin – Small amount (0.5-1 mg/dL)____________normal
Blood - ≤3 RBCs_________________________+3_____haemoglobinuria
Protein - ≤150 mg/d_________________________+1: abnormal
RBCs - ≤2 RBCs/hpf_____________>50_________haematuria
WBCs - ≤2-5 WBCs/hpf_______________20-25________abnormal
epithelial cells - ≤15-20 squamous epithelial cells/hpf_______normal
Bacteria – None______________rare________normal

So according to your urine analysis presence of High WBC, RBC, blood, protein, leukocyte esterae positive highly suggestive of inflammation of urinary tract
Inflammation occur due to urinary tract infection (kidney infection, bladder infection), stone in urinary tract.
I advice you to consult the urologist and get the done culture test and USG scan for further management.
For UTI take following advice:
Tablet septran plus nitrozolium for 3 days and then antibiotic according to culture report to prevent the recurrence.
Tablet pyridium and syrup cidal.
Drink plenty of waters and fruit juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Take complete course of antibiotic according to culture report.
Repeat the test after 14 days to confirm clearance of infections.
Stone require specific treatment depend on size and site.
HOpe this may help you
Best regards
Dr, Sagar
