Hai Iam 7 weeks pregnant. My urinary results are. Ph- alkaline .... Pus cells- 15 -18. RBC - 20-22. Epithelial cells(+++). , Bacteria (+). Amorphous phosphates (++). Tell me d results and a correct status of my results ...and treatment also

Your findings may indicate UTI(urinary tract infection).UTI need prompt treatment in pregnancy.
UTI is indicated due to excess presence of bacteria,pus cells,RBC in urine.
Few epithelial cells are normally found in urine.
You may need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Investigation include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine culture and sensitivity,ultrasound of KUB region.
You may need proper antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink lot of water.
Get well soon.
