The reports are related to an urinary tract infection. I suggest to take a cycle of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin for a week. I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms. I recommend to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.
