What Does My Urine Analysis Test Report Indicate?

I just had a urine analysis done for a life insurance policy. My hyaline casts level was 110, but I was on my period, would that cause the level to high. I also has high red blood cells and creatinine. Should I contact my dr? Or is that all related to me being on my period

Hyaline casts are usually caused by dehydration, exercise, or water pills the diuretic medicines.
High levels of urine creatinine may be due to any of the following:

Dehydration, High meat diet, Kidney diseases, Muscle injuries or loss of muscle tissue (myasthenia gravis) & Urinary tract obstruction.
Kindly consult your doctor for these high levels.
