General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Compare your urine report with normal urine analysis
Epithelial cell: up to 20/hpf____________________1-2_normal
Pus cell:up to 5/hpf____________________2-4_normal
Ca oxalte crystal_______________normal or kidney stone
Bacteria___none_______________occasional___ MILD UTI
So according to your report,
Calcium oxalate may be present due to kidney stone so , I advice you to confirm the stone by USG scan.
OCCASIONAL PRESENT OF BACTERIA MAY BE DUE TO MILD urinary tract (infections cystitis, kidney infection). It should be confirmed by urine culture.

So you have mild UTI may be associated with calcium oxalte kidney stone.
I give following advice in this type of case:
Drink plenty of waters.
Drink juice of cranberry , orange and pineapple.
Tablet septran plus nitozolium, syrup cidal
If pain then tablet pyridium
Small kidney stone may be excrete in urine by giving diuretics.
Large stone may require specific treatment like lithotripsy or surgery.
Do not delay in voiding the urine and complete the bladder completely.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.

Hope this will help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
