General & Family Physician 's  Response
Your urine examination finding is normal except slight acidity (pH 5.5) which might cause burning sensation during urination. Acidic urine might be due to drinking less water or avoiding urge to urinate. Pathological cause might be infection or presence of excess uric acid in urine.
Advice
1.     Syrup alkaline citrate 2 teaspoonful three times daily for 1 week
2.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of uncontaminated water to flush out bacteria
3.     Do not hold your urine. Urinate when you feel
4.     Investigations
a.     culture & sensitivity of urine
b.     total & differential count of WBC
c.     blood uric acid
Thanks
