Hi,
I've gone through your query and I understand quite well your concern
1.the level of BUN, or blood urea nitrogen, in your body as an important indicator of
kidney health.
The normal range of BUN found in the blood is approximately 8 mg/dL - 18 mg/dL.
2.Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is a test used to check how well the kidneys are working. Specifically, it estimates how much blood passes through the glomeruli each minute.normal results range from 90 - 120 mL/min
3.Finding from 3 to 5 white blood cells (WBC) per high power field under the spun urine sediment is normal
4.Normal centrifuged and concentrated urine will have 0-3 RBCs per high-powered microscopic field (HPF)
5.squamous
epithelial cells urine sed automated count qual, mucous, ur sed, ql automated count present- normal result
6.
glucose ua 100-(1+), ketones ua 10 neg, ua hgb 003 neg, ph ua 5.5, protein ua 10 neg - normal results (these are not normally found in urine)
7.
Leukocyte esterase is a screening test used to detect a substance that suggests there are white blood cells in the urine. This may mean you have a
urinary tract infection. If this test is positive, the urine should be examined under a microscope for white blood cells and other signs that point to an infection.( although your white blood cells count are 3 to 5 cells per high power field, which means they are at normal range. So, maybe their count requires another evaluation, to be sure if you have an infection or not)
8.
urobilinogen ua ql 2 neg,
bilirubin 0-5 neg - normal results (these are not normally found in urine)
So,everything looks great: no infection, no blood, no sugar or other problems. Although, I suggest you also to make another test to evaluate the number of white blood cells in order to define definitely if you have infection or not.
Hope this information is useful to you
