Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine report is as follows:
The specific gravity of urine is within normal limits.
The level of proteins is increased in urine.
Proteins are elevated in case of kidney damage or kidney disease.
Presence of upto 5 pus cells is considered normal, however, number above 5 pus cells /hpf suggests infection of the urinary tract starting from kidney, ureter, bladder and urethra.
Presence of calcium oxalate crystals suggests presence of calcium oxalate stone in the urinary tract.
Pain can be due to the renal stone.

Consult your treating doctor with report for further work up. An ultrasound of kidney-ureter-bladder region may be done to look for evidence of stones in urinary tract.

Tahnks and take care
