What Does My Urine Test Result Indicate?

Please i need explanations for this test results URINE M/C/S Macro: Amber and Turbid Micro: WBC -Numerous Epith Cell- (+) RBC- (Nil) Yeast Cell - (Nil) Culture: yielded NO GROWTH after 24hrs of incubation.

Hello

Findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI) even if 24 hour incubation doesn't showed any growth.Up to 48 hours can be waited.
UTI is indicated by turbid appearance of urine and numerous WBC in urine.
You may need WBC esterase and nitrite test for confirmation of UTI.
Epithelial cells are normally found in urine.

You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram,renal function test and Ultrasound of abdomen.
You may need antibiotics after evaluation.
