What Does My Urine Test Result Indicate?

Hi as per my recent urine examination.. The below seems to be not I range. Can you please let me know what this means. I am a 30yr old male.Leukocytes 6-8 hpf Epithelial cells 3-4 hpf Rbc. 5-6 hpf Bacteria present Complete haemogram Rbc (dc detection) - 5.69 millions/cumm

Hi and thank you for choosing HCM to post you question .
This are the results of microscopic examination of urine sediments.
WBC s more than 5 hpf ,hematuria(RBCs more than2),presence of bacteria indicates infection.If you have conconitant symptoms consistent with urinary tract infection like dysuria ,I would recommend you to do also a urine culture with sensitivites.
Your Red blood cell count is in normal range .
