Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.

I saw carefully your urine test results.

The most significant finding is that you ave blood and bacteria in the urine. But on the other side I see some squamous cells that mean that your urine sample has been contaminated with secretions from your vulva.
--So, if you are with menstrual cycle- the blood comes from there.
-- If you are in a age over 50 y/o you must rule out a urine stone or urinary tract cancer.
-- First thing before all to rule out, if you have burning sensation, difficulty urinating, is a urinary tract infection. Repeat the urine again would be my recommendation (middle part of the urine after you have cleaned yourself well), and also a urine culture to determine which is the best antibiotic to use.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have any other questions. I will be happy to answer.
Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
