General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern. You have >25/hpf WBC and 4-10/hpf RBC. It could be due to UTI, stone in urinary tract. Generally stone is associated with pain in abdomen. I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo urine culture, sensitivity test and USG if needed. Following treatment will useful for UTI:

- Tablet septran DSTablet pyridium Syrup cital
- Drink plenty of water and fruit juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple
- Do not delay in empty bladder and empty it completely
- Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
