Welcome to health care magic.
1.The report suggests there are few densities noted in the apical / upper lobe right lung.
2.Since the visibility of apical region / upper lobe is poor due to complex anatomy.
3.So doctor has suggested for a apical view - where x-ray is taken in such position that - that area can be well delineated.
4.Rest of the structures appears normal. The old treated
pulmonary tuberculosis does leave a trace after the treatment ( densities )
5.So the present densities can be due to old treated, need not to be a fresh infection / relapse.
6.To confirm the imaging evidence for absence of pulmonary tuberculosis an
HRCT - high-resolution computer
tomography is recommended. ( if you face trouble for employment clearance)
Good luck.
