what are my treatment options for this as seen on xrays....AP, lateral, bilateral oblique, odontoid, and swimmer's views of the cervical spine show mild to
moderate disc space narrowing at C5-6 and C6-7 levels. Moderate-sized anterior osteophytes arise
from the endplates at both of these levels. There is some mild right-sided uncovertebral joint
spurring at C5-6, and C3-4 producing mild foraminal narrowing at both of these levels. The left
exit foramen are unremarkable. There is no fracture, bony destruction, or malalignment. No
precervical soft tissue swelling is seen. The atlantoaxial relationship is preserved.
IMPRESSION: Degenerative disc disease at C5-6 and C6-7 with spondylotic spurring of the endplates
of both of these levels.
Mild right foraminal narrowing at C3-4 and C5-6 due to uncovertebral joint spurring.
