What Does My X-ray Test Report Indicate?

I had my chest X Ray taken recently and the findings are: There is mild cardiomegaly and unfolding of the descending thoracic aorta. There is patchy airspace within the medial aspect of right lung base indentified on both views compatible with atelectasis/developing pneumonia in the location There is no significant pleural fluid indentified. no other finding. Will you let me know your opinion on this test Thank you
