I was suffered from tb in 2012. and even after the treatment i am absolutely fine, but in Chest Xray there were some spots that were visible in the chest Xray and doctor told that these spots remains for life. I want to go to abroad for job but due to this spot I will not able to pass my medical test. I want to know that is there any medicine to remove these spot permanently or temporary only when xray will done.
Infection naturally heals by fibrosis and calcification. Generally it is a permanent finding and it doesn't require any treatment. It may require treatment only when it compromises pulmonary functions. There are no medicines available to remove these spots temporarily or permanently.
