Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of X-ray chest is as follows:
The heart is within normal limits.
There is abnormality detected in left lung. The right lung is within normal limits.
The left lung shows presence of infiltrates and cavities.
Infiltrates and cavity in lung is suggestive of tuberculosis or fungal infection.
Lung cancer can also produce cavity , however, lung cancer does not cause infiltrates. Thus, lung cancer is a rare possibility.
Tuberculosis is most likely followed by fungal infection.
I suggest you to consult your physician for further investigations to diagnose tuberculosis.
Sputum examination is required to detect the bacteria - mycobacterium tuberculosis to diagnose tuberculosis.
Anti tubercular treatment can be started once tubercular infection is proved.

Thanks and take care
