What Does My X-ray Test Result Indicate?

hello doc. i have recently my x-ray result. it said that there are reticulohazed densities in the right apical region. Consider PTB. heart is not enlarged. aorta is atheromatous. diaphragm, sulci and bony thorax are unremarkable. what does this mean? my weight is 68 kg and height is 5 3 . On Jan 2015 my xray result was clear even if the clinic recommended for another x-ray for verification at apicolordotic view. thank you.
