What Does Nausea Along With Night Sweats And Shortness Of Breath Indicate?

I have a lot of symptoms (nausea, night sweats, sharp sudden pain in abdomen, shortness of breath, uncontrolled weight loss, loss of appetite, fevered lymph nodes and migraines) and havens day a diagnosis of scoliosis when I was about 5-6 years ago. I’ve been dealing with heavy vaginal bleeding for a month and had what I thought was a uti and I am on the depo shot. Now my inguinal lymph nodes are swollen and I was told by a regular MD it looks like I have a tear or an ulcer in my uterus. Can you give me any suggestions on a type of doctor to go to or what I may have?

if you could tell me which part of world you belong would have been of much help fever night sweats and large lymph nodes with weight loss can be attributed to condition like infection or malignancy. Tuberculosis is classical associated with these symptoms. But as in your case vaginal bleeding with these symptoms could be due to endometriosior endometrial carcinoma. Please first report to a gynecologist and if everything is fine show to a infectious disease specialist.
