Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!
The first question is are these nausea, chest pain in association with menstruation? If so, we can think of
thoracic endometriosis. Of course it's very rare. So, I would like to explain the other probabilities in detail:
1) Heavy bleeding with nausea, vomiting,
pelvic pain occur in :
a) Pelvic endometriosis
b) Adenomyosis
c) Ectopic pregnancy
d) Functional or neoplastic ovarian cyst
2) Nausea, vomiting, chest pain can occur in :
a) GERD (
gastro esophageal reflux disease).
b) Gastric or duodenal ulceration.
c) An attack of
myocardial infarction (
heart attack). I can suggest you the following :
1) Pregnancy is mostly not positive in your case. Any how you can check it for yourself with urine pregnancy kits available on counter.
2) A pelvic ultrasound scan would help us in ruling out many of the above mentioned conditions.
3) Pelvic examination by a gynaecologist is necessary.
4) Sometimes breast pain may be confused as chest pain, breast pain is very common during menses.
Hope my answer clears your doubts. Any further queries, please do write to us. Thank you for the queries.
Take care
