What Does Nausea And Burning Sensation In The Chest Indicate?

I am 20 years old, I do not exercise. Most mornings I am nauseas, sometimes my chest heats up, I get diarrhea more than I probably should, stomach never feels great, sometimes it s very tight. Feel too sick to go do activities or even leave the house. I have thrown up from feeling like this in the morning; very rare but has happened. I feel weak, tired all the time, I get really shaky hands. Usually all these symptoms fade away late afternoon early evening. This has been going on for about 4 months. I would like to know your thoughts about this please!

Hello. I have read your message. I think I can help you.
I think you are facing a severe gastritis. I would suggest trying Tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day, half hour before meals. It would be recommended to meet a gastroenterologist for an endoscopic evaluation.
If you could tell me about your food habits, I could help you more. I would still recommend the following non pharmacological measures in addition to the medicine recommended above-
1. avoiding spicy foods
2. avoiding beverages and fizzy drinks.
3. avoiding non veg food.
4. raising the head end of the entire bed while sleeping.
5. avoiding late meals.
6. maintaining a food cycle- eat on time.
7. In addition, sometimes GERD, a complication of excess gastritis, may be caused by obesity- loosing weight would help.
8. Sometimes excess gastritis is caused by an infection by H Pylori. Antibiotics will be needed for this.
In addition I would suggest testing a EKG.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. Feel free to contact us for more information. Best wishes.
