What Does Nausea, Dizziness And Frequent Urination Indicate?
I woke up this morning leaned off my bed and was dizzy like I had a hangover. Room spinning. Right side of head pounding. Laid completely flat for fifteen minutes. Feeling nauseous and dizzy I got out of bed to do stomach exercises and laid on the floor. Again I had the same feeling. Stood up and went side ways to grab the wall. Sat down on floor for twenty minutes. Now I'm urinating like every twenty to twenty five minutes. Still dizzy, nauseous and just overall ill feeling.
You should visit your primary care provider and give them a thorough case history describing in detail: what is dizziness (spinning, imbalance, lightheadedness), duration of the dizziness, provoking factors for the dizziness, when the dizziness began and anything else that the provider may ask of you. Your primary care provider will work with you to come to a diagnosis and treatment for the issues that you are having. However, as The frequent urination is also included in your symptoms, so I think you might be suffering from Urinary Tract Infection. Drink a plenty of water. Add coconut water in your daily routine. Cranberry juice will Check with your practitioner. You might need some antibiotics.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks Dr. Tripat Mehta
