What Does Nausea, Dizziness And Tingling In Arms Indicate?

I am a 50 yr old Hispanic woman. Earlier today I felt light headed, tingling in my arms, my ears popped and I felt like I was going to pass out. An hour later, I felt this again with clammy hands and felt flushed with dizziness. This has happened one more time and the last time had a severe feeling of nausea and got ice cold

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms need to taken seriously if this happened firs time and if this is sudden onset, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular possibilities need to be ruled out and for that you need to get done certain test as for example, EKG, ECHO, CT brain, beside this, hypertension, endocrine dysfunction also necessary, and these needs not be ruled out too, hope this information helps, take care.
