What Does Negative In The 2nd Cycle Procedure Indicate?

I had 2nd cycle icse procedure but it came negative. In the first procedure 3 embryos of grade 1 was implanted. 2nd procedure 2 frozen embryos were implanted the embryos were grade 1 Pleas explain my age is 38years and my husband age Is 46years.please explain we are tesed up. What are both of your test result? procedure can be reapeted Itisnot clear whether the procedure is in vivo or vitro? other alter native is sorogate mother with the sperms of your husband.Other ailment inbody is tobe ruled out.
