What Does Nipple Discharge When On Norlevo Indicate?

I took Nor Levo 4 days ago and am now experiencing discharge pertaining to the right nipple ONLY. I have not yet received my period, (was due yesterday, but it s always a little late. I am slightly worried though as I m not experiencing any cramps or spotting.) I am wondering if this is just a side effect from the medication or that I may be pregnant. Which is more likely?
