Good morning Dr. I m 7 weeks pregnant. The ultrasound result was this: bulky gravid RVF uterus containing well defined gestational sac, measuring 13.2mm corresponding to .no pelvic collection. .internal os is closed. What does it mean? Thank you so much.

welcome to hcm ...no adnexal mass means that there is no abnormal mass in ovary and tube on both sides ..only uterus is showing gravid tissue
