What Does No Bacteria Observed In An Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

got a questlabs urinalysis and it stated that urine was examined for bacteria, casts etc. Only those foudnare reported. None were. I ve read about ureaplasma and mycoplasma genitalium being very small and requiring special testing to identify. My question is -if no bacteria observed, then does that mean no urea/myco present also? Also had a questlabs urine test for trich, also negative (RNA) -reliable? too 2mg flagyl also to be sure. I am negative for all other stds. Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
Look finding of bacteria is quite different from the routine findings in urine and certain elements are there in urine and this would be part of urine but these should within the normal range, bacteria if detected in urine then this could be due to infection, urea and other factor can be detected even in the absence of bacteria, take care.
