What Does No Calcification And Probably Benign Adrenal Neoplasm Indicate?
hi sir, i had adrenal tumor and got operated for that.my biopsy report says as below.Developmental cyst, consistent with broncogenic cyst, left adrenal. And my CT scan report says Nonenhancing soft tissue density left adrenal mass lesion with no calcifications, probably bengin adrenal neoplasm. Will i be alright after the operation or need to take medicines.
Thank you for your question on HCM. In my opinion no need to worry about this. Your CT scan report already suggested that there is no calcification and less chance of malignancy and this finding is confirmed by histopathological report as bronchogenic cyst (benign). So don't worry about malignancy. It is confirmed that it is benign. Do regular follow up with your surgeon.
