sir these all sentences are the output of ultra sound report for the observation of pregnency.is that woman pregnent?

no it means that there is no pregnancy as the report said non gravid uterus as the uterus doesn't contain any content of pregnancy,, in summery it is a report of normal non pregnant woman pelvis
