General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Continue to take the antibiotics you are taking as the pneumonia is responding and infiltrate is getting smaller. Sequential x-rays are needed to see the progress and response of disease and to prognosticate. Go for the x-ray.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
