What Does Normal Anteverted Uterus With Thickened Endometrium Mean?
My pelvic sonogram result was the uterus is anteverted measuring 48×50×38 w/normal echopattern and thickened endometrial line measuring 14 mm. The right ovary measures 23×15 mm showing multiple tiny pheripherally located follicles of about 8-10 in number. The left ovary measures 23×13 mm. The adnexal structure show no solid or fluid filled masses. The posterior cul de sac is clear The impression was -normal sized anteverted uterus w/ thickened endometrium -polycystic right ovary Normal left ovary My question dr. is that What does normal sized anteverted uterus with thickened endometrium mean?

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the fix criteria or have some standard method for size of uterus because it goes on variation form person to person but of course have some upper normal limits but if it so then it must be having or for sure having some underlying cause, in your case this is nothing to worry, (here the anteverted uterus means it is slightly inclined forward it is normal one ) hope this information helps
