Hi i am a addict i shot herion in my hand and now it is not swollen to bad but it is numb im really nervous cause i have missed serveral times but never had my hand go numb should i be concerned im starting to get alittle feeling.in iy nut still feel thr numbness

The heroin lead to many side effects .
One of it is muscular paralysis and muscular weakness.Sometime its withdrawal can lead to muscular spasm.
Otherwise its direct effect on nerve has not well established.
So this may be your cause of numb felling by muscle involvement.
