Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having numbness in both of my lower arms and hands for a couple months and now my left eye twitches periodically throughout the day. Nothing really hurts but is more irritating than anything. Why would this be happening? I experienced a neck injury 10-16-16 from a motor vehicle accident C1,2 and 3 are herniated. I also experienced a severe concussion which I still have issues with, migraines and headaches and also some memory issues. I am on medications for the migraines and anxiety. That is it though. Any help would be appreciated.
for numbness it’s most likely due to cervical disc problem and if you haven’t done an MRI till now plz get it done so you could see the ammount of compression on the nerves the buldged disc is having if it’s significant or your symptoms worsen than you will need a decompression surgery with or without fixation the neurosurgeon will be able to tell you exactly after seeing your scans, but in my advise please don’t ignore the symptoms twitching can be brain injury related and it would settle with Time so not a major concern but numbness is
if you have any more doubts I would be happy to help
best regards
Dr Raza Ali
