What Does Numbness On The Left Side Of The Body Indicate?
last week I woke up and my entire left side was numb ... went to dr. who sent me to a neroligest .... they ordered a bunch of test the 1st being an MRI ...my dr, is on vacation and I can t get any answers ...She origanaly said before the MRI it was a min stroke or TAI ..... Will I ever get feeling back and how long
If it was mini-stroke or TIA, you have to start aspirin 75 mg daily and other medications like Atorvastatin, Enalapril as per neurologist’s advice.
Already affected part can be normalized by physiotherapy exercise and by your strong will power. Physiotherapy will help you to gain your muscle strength back.
For perfect diagnosis, you require MRI brain, which will confirm the provisional diagnosis. So, better to get it done and consult other neurophysician or MD physician as soon as possible.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
