Welcome to Health care magic.

.Its not always a hypertensive patients get the TIA's, similar attacks are seen in blood related pathologies, diabetes patients recurrent infections do cause TIA.
.Smoking, alcohol do cause the attacks by gradual narrowing of the small vessels in the brain and similar appearance on brain MRI are seen.
.The report says multiple white matter ischemic changes in frontal and parietal lobes bilaterally.
.So any underlying medical condition can cause ischemic attacks - treat any medical condition if you are suffering from.
