I have been spotting on and off for the last week and a half. I just had a baby 10 mths ago and im worried i pregnant again i have been having period cramps but no peroid im on the pill i was on the implanon and switched another thing is i already look pregnant and when im dehydrated my stomach gets round and rock hard and now im sitting here and i feel like a got punch in the stomach just not as bad of pain just achy im a pregnant again or is something else wrong. with my daughter i didnt have alot of symptoms and no spotting but i just have this feeling i am so idk what to do
