What Does Orange Penile Discharge Indicate?

Hi, ... I am a healthy 66 year old male. I am recovering from a mild case of the Flu last week. Out of the blue I have a watery orange colored ejaculate (VERY Orange. Not blood). Most recent blood lab work was excellent including prostate. No aches or pains. What would cause this extremely orange color. Should I be concerned? Thank you.

Can you tell whether it is Orange discharge or orange colored urine?
Both are different things and reasons for them are also different.
If orange urine is there it might be due to some drugs you have taken recently. Can you please tell me whether you have taken any drugs? Even vitamin B12 tablets can cause this type of urine discoloration.
While for orange discharge, it's better you consult surgeon first for proper management.
