What Does Osseous Structures In The Below Chest X-ray Suggest?

I had a chest xray done yesterday and my results says the osseous structures are unremarkable. The heart and great vessels are normal in size and contour. The lungs fields are well expanded and free of active infiltrate. The costophrenic angles are clear. What does this mean?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of X-ray chest is as follows:
The X-reads that osseous structures are unremarkable implying that the bony structures - rib cage and breast bone or sternum are within normal limits.
The heart and great vessels are within normal limits.
The lung fields are clear and do not shows any infiltrate.
The costopherenic angles or the pockets formed by pleura is also within range.
Thus, the X-ray chest shows normal bony structures, normal lung fields, normal heart & other structures and normal costopherenic angles.

Thanks and take care
