What Does PH Value Of 8.0 In The Below Urine Test Report Indicate?

I had a urine test done and it came back with the results of: Positive screen, culture to be done; protein had an A flag; PH of 8.0 with H flag; white blood cells of H flag; epithelical cells 31 H flag and bacteria 4+A. What does this all mean? Can you help make sense of this for now?

Hello, thanks for asking on healthcaremagic. You need to get a urine culture done. This report suggests a urine infetcion. Protein is high, ph is high, lots of wbcs and epithelial cells and excess of bacteria. Kindly get a urine culture done to confirm the type of bacteria and the antibiotics it is sensitive to. There after you can take the sensitive antibiotics after consulting a doctor. Thanks.
