What Does Pain Above The Waist On The Left Side Indicate?
Actually, Since last week I have started some regular exercise including jogging and some other exercises. Previously, I had like almost Nil physical activity so, since last 2 days I get like minor pain above waist on the left side and at the same time urge to urinate starts. There is no pain during urination nor at the back. What could be the problem ?

Hello dear. Thank you for using Healthcaremagic. I don't think the urge to urinate and left side pain correlates to muscle aches due to exercise. I think you are suffering from a Urinary tract infection. Do a urine sample to verify it. Bactrine is the first line antibiotic for simple uti.Hope my answer was helpful.Best regards
