What Does Pain And Burning Sensation In The Abdomen Indicate?

I HAD SUDDEN STOMACH PAIN WITH A BURNING SENSATION AND DIARRHEA THAT STARTED YESTERDAY AFTER USING THE BATHROOM EVERY HOUR MY LAST THREE BM WHERE PINKISH RED. I ALSO VOMITED PINK AND THE STOMACH PAIN WENT AWAY. WHAT COULD THAT BE IT HAPPENED SO SUDDENLY?
