hello my wife has delivered a baby one month ago by ceaserian and just after 20 days ago she took hot water bath after that she feeling pain and heavyness below the waist as well as pain started in other parths of body also like palm, ankle behind breast etc and it is more pain full i would like to know what is happening with my wife

since it is 20 day after the cesection, it could be a possible complication of the surgery. Are you running a fever? the bodyachs may be sign of pelvic infection but usually there is fever also. Or it could be breast infection. you should go to the gynecologist for examination and treatment.
