What Does Pain And Swelling Around A Surgical Incision Indicate?
MY Mother ageing 64 got bone fracture during may2017 and undergone surgery ,implant surgery made ( interreochantric fracture), now there is sever pain and swelling on the place surgery made, blood test shows esr 140 and crp 21.4 . now Dr prescribed tablets stafcure lz , sporlac ds(lactic..) Nexpro40 and pyrigesic is it enough sir

hello. i can understand your concern.
Raised esr and crp indicate presence of inflammation and infection. your doctor has rightly prescribed antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs.
i would suggest an xray of the hip to be taken to check for infection in the bone. Rest treatment is fine.
