dear DR Chakraborthy am having severe toothache in and around upper left molar /premolar since one day looked like pain is actually around the gingiva had gingival swelling 3/4 times over the paast 1 year which subsided on its own after 2/3 days on other sites with chlorhexidine mouth wash and turmeric salt and mustard oil mix yesterday showed to a dentist who said probably a food particle is impacted after getting an xray done which probably she removedand also did scaling for the whole teeth in general did not prescribe any antiinflamatory or antibiotic Now i am having painful swelling in around left uppergingiva what do you suggest as its really painful
